Special thanks to all our friends that have visited us at The Oaks Bed and Breakfast this past summer! Every week we’ve had the pleasure of hosting visitors from Toccoa, GA to Titusville, FL – from Monterrey, Mexico to Braunschweis, Germany. We’ve had parents here to deliver their children to camp. People, who have hiked, kayaked, shopped and explored – then savored the area’s best cuisine, while listening to the music of the Blue Ridge. They attended live theater and summer festivals. They arrived by bicycle, Harley, convertible, SUV and minivan. They caught up on their reading and learned the names of our wild flowers and birds. Many renewed a connection long lost to a life lived in the fast lane.
